• Lead the development and execution of strategic content plans to achieve business objectives, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.

• Create and curate engaging content across various platforms, including website, blog, and newsletters, employing effective copywriting, image selection, and editing techniques.

• Optimize website content using SEO criteria to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic growth.

• Conceptualize and produce captivating marketing videos to promote our software, educate prospects and customers, and enhance brand awareness across digital channels.

• Collaborate closely with the product team to understand product features, benefits, and competitive differentiators, and develop compelling product messaging and content.

• Analyze campaign data to extract actionable insights, identify market trends, and inform future marketing strategies for continuous improvement.

Ideally, you bring the following to the table to excel at Alaiko:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B marketing, ideally with a focus on strategic content planning and execution within SaaS

• Proficiency in HubSpot, Webflow, or similar platforms is advantageous.

• Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking abilities.

• Excellent communication skills in German (C1) and English.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.
