Customer Success Manager (all genders)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES - EXCITING AND CHALLENGING
  • You will be the first point of contact for our customers, building strong relationships with your own customer base and serving as the connecting element between your customers and the Alaiko team
  • You will consult your customers on their growth journey by jointly identifying growth levers, using your negotiation skills, and strategically working for a win-win outcome 
  • You will help to collect feedback and share it with all relevant internal stakeholders
  • You will onboard new customers onto the Alaiko platform and processes to set them up for success with Alaiko
  • With initiative and commitment, you will contribute to the constant optimization of our communication and processes
YOUR PROFILE - DETAIL-ORIENTED, INDEPENDENT AND MOTIVATED
  • You have already gained some experience in B2B Account Management, Sales, or Business Development
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset combined with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Your empathetic abilities allow you to build lasting relationships with your customers 
  • You welcome the responsibility of representing Alaiko towards our customers and being the point of intersection between internal and external stakeholders 
  • You exhibit strong empathy, communication skills, as well as negotiation skills and are adept at tailoring interactions to suit individual customer needs
  • You are flexible, and proactive and distinguish yourself through your independent and solution-oriented way of working.
  • You are fluent in writing and speaking both in German and English (C1)
  • (Background in Logistics is a plus)
